Cycling in Johkula – gravel in summer, snow in winter

Johku Bike rents city bikes, e-bikes and fatbikes next to Johkula railway station, and we can also deliver your bike to your accommodation. On guided tours you ride the gravel roads around Lake Johku in summer and snowy trails in winter.

Rent right by the station

Our shop is 150 metres from Johkula station, so you can step off the train and onto a bike. Helmet and lock are always included. City bikes get you around the centre, e-bikes take you to the Resort and to the foot of Johku Fell, 8 km away.

Fatbikes in the right size

Fatbike tyres float on snow, sand and rooty trails. Choose size S, M or L by your height and the bike is adjusted when you arrive. In winter we also rent e-fatbikes.

Delivered to your door

Staying at the Resort, the Seurahuone, a cottage or a Johku Ski apartment? Add delivery to your booking and we bring the bikes to your door and collect them afterwards.

Ride with a guide

The summer gravel tour follows the lakeside gravel roads to Koskikylä and back. The winter fatbike tour departs Tuesday to Sunday at 11 am – even if you are the only one booked.
