Opening hours: summer 1 June–30 September daily 9 am–6 pm. Winter 15 December–15 April Tuesday to Sunday 10 am–5 pm. At other times we answer email.
Rental terms: the renter must be at least 18; under-18s ride under a guardian's responsibility. Return the bike to the shop or have it collected from your accommodation at the agreed time. Always lock the bike when you leave it. A lost bike or lock key is charged according to our price list. Normal wear and tear costs nothing.
Cancellations: rentals and tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Private tours: 72 hours. If we cancel a tour due to weather, we refund your payment. The gravel tour runs with at least three participants; the winter fatbike tour always departs.
Delivery to accommodation: during opening hours. The price includes delivery and collection.
Parking: public station parking is 100 metres away.
